Buted and some university officials are the subject of the inquiry regarding reported anomalies in the university's on-the-job-training (OJT) program where an OJT student, Dharel Dela Cruz is now fighting for his life in a hospital on Thursday. Dela Cruz relatives say his lungs collapsed due to unsuitable environment in their work place and claim they were treated as regular workers and not OJTs.
